The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The parking was secure and conveniently located nearby.

The location of the hotel is great, with a garden area in the centre of Liverpool and close proximity to the main shopping centre. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Staff were accommodating and friendly.
Some guests mentioned that there was too much noise on the street outside the hotel.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and had air, conditioning, which was a relief during the hot Christmas weather. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with assistance when needed.
The check, in process was a bit inconvenient, having to go to a separate location to check, in. the fridge in the room was small and the freezing compartment was tiny, making it difficult to store food.

I recently stayed at this place and I have to say, the location was perfect. It was so close to the city centre and within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. The Liverpool ONE shopping centre was just a stone's throw away, which was great for some retail therapy. The hotel also provided excellent service, with room service and even a grocery shopping service available. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
