The location of the hotel is great, with a garden area in the centre of Liverpool and close proximity to the main shopping centre. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Staff were accommodating and friendly.
Some guests mentioned that there was too much noise on the street outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at this place and I have to say, the location was perfect. It was so close to the city centre and within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. The Liverpool ONE shopping centre was just a stone's throw away, which was great for some retail therapy. The hotel also provided excellent service, with room service and even a grocery shopping service available. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
